Welcome to Twin Energy LLC Party & Entertainment Rental. By using our website and renting our party and entertainment equipment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Rental Agreement
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to rent our equipment and services.
2.2 Rental Period
The rental period begins and ends on the agreed-upon dates. Late returns may be subject to additional fees.
2.3 Payment & Deposits
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
The Remaining balances must be paid before delivery.
Late payments may result in additional fees.

2.4 Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 30 days before the event will receive a [full/partial] refund. (Owner discretion)
Cancellations made within 15 days are non-refundable.
No refunds for unused rental time.

3. Delivery, Setup, and Pickup
3.1 Delivery & Setup
Delivery and setup are available for an additional fee.
Standard Delivery & Setup Fees are as Followed:
• Local Delivery (0-15 miles) $25
• Extended Delivery (15-45 miles) $50
• Only servicing surrounding Charlotte Areas
The customer must ensure a safe and accessible location for setup.
3.2 Pickup & Late Fees
Equipment must be ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
Late pickups may result in additional charges.

4. Equipment Use & Liability
4.1 Proper Use
The customer agrees to use the equipment safely and only for its intended purpose.
Any misuse or unauthorized modifications are prohibited.
4.2 Damage & Loss
The customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items.
Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the customer.
4.3 Safety & Injuries
The customer assumes all responsibility for the safety of guests using the equipment.
We are not liable for injuries or accidents resulting from improper use.

5. Weather Policy
If inclement weather prevents safe use of the equipment, rentals may be rescheduled based on availability.
Refunds for weather-related cancellations are at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images and text, is our property and cannot be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage resulting from our rental services.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina/USA.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
